Las Vegas Vacation Rentals

Marwa Grimes

From being a gambling town, Las Vegas has fast acquired a reputation for being the perfect holiday spot for all. Vacation homes provide the perfect answer for family vacations, traveling business executives, and group get-aways. These homes provide a great value for the money as well as the same amenities as in a deluxe, luxury hotel–the difference here is that there is complete privacy.

Most vacation rentals are conveniently located within a five- to ten-minute drive from the strip and the McCarran airport. Each home comes with personal TVs, DVD players, and sound systems and comfortable furniture. Some have personal fitness centers including a spa, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. A well-stocked pantry and refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, and ironing board are some other features of vacation rentals.

For people mixing business with pleasure, rentals are equipped with a high-speed Internet connection with fax facilities, and cordless telephones with a long-distance calling facility. Most companies are happy to provide off-site meeting supplies for working tourists.

Rental condos are great for families on a limited budget. These provide facilities such as basic furniture, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Most vacation rentals are rented out for at least a week. Their rates vary according to the duration of the stay. Rental companies generally provide discounts for groups or if the stay period is a month or more. A villa in a luxurious resort can be rented for about $350 to $450 per night, and a modest home with most amenities could be available for about $2,000 a month.
